A new extra-mural (“beyond the walls”) school has opened in the humanities and social sciences based in Melbourne’s inner northern suburbs. The inaugural lecture of the New Mandarinate School will explain what the school is about and explore themes relating to power, society, ethics, sociology and social ontology.
